Yes. You can send us your own template design and we can design it to fit with our eCard. Additional cost will apply. For custom eCard it will take 6-7 working days once all details needed for eCard are confirmed.

No. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Our Admin will send a full screenshot of your eCard to you and your eCard will be removed 7 days after the event finishes together with your eCard management access.

You will receive access to login into eCard admin portal. You can then, approve or reject pending RSVP requests there. Once you approve RSVP request, it will deduct the total number of available pax shown in your eCard.

You will receive access to login into eCard admin portal. You can then, approve or reject pending Guestbook messages there. Approved guests' messages will be shown in your eCard. Please take note that the Guestbook feature is only available if you use our Premium package.

Yes. This feature is only available for the Premium eCard package. You can send us your DuitNow QR code screenshot via WhatsApp to be displayed in ur eCard.

Yes. This feature is only available for the Premium eCard package. You can send us up to 5 item links for us to display in your eCard. Once your guests confirmed on buying the gift, you can check it in admin portal to hide it from your eCard.
